-Free laptop and wifi for every kid.They've closed loads of libraries, this is needed.
-Legalise weed, and tax it. It costs not a lot to grow in bulk, it could be sold in small amounts at the same price it is at the moment.
-Make every politician wear a clown nose.
That should do for starters.
