Let's get maximum coverage and make the maximum impact for the minimum time out. It's all about tactics. Why strike on the slowest day of the year? What impact would that have?

That' s where the miners fucked it.Winter strike and a proper vote, they could have fucked the thing; I still have respect for Arthur though.
