Nothing because people are answering phones and I believe therefore a radio in the background would be unprofessional.
That said, my employer thinks it perfectly acceptable to hire a cash in hand cleaner who works 10-1pm on Wednesdays. So if you phone my pseudo luxury firm at about noon on that day you might hear a fucking HOOVER in the background. I wish this was a joke.

Our cleaning company have decided that the best time to clean the gents' bogs is at about 4pm
so not only am I constantly frustrated in my natural endeavours by a cleaning sign and a locked door, those people that choose to visit in the morning have to put up with the dried splattery volcano-shits produced the previous afternoon.
