Hi ancrenneDoctor said try and rest it, and take the anti-inflammitorys he gave me.
So I have taken one already, will have another with dinner, and it's sore as ever. Had some paracetemol at work too, and it's well sore. I hate it.
No real ideas ancrenne. Either use restraint and only buy a paper, or get a neighbour to deliver one to you? Or look online.
How was your weekend?
