That's what I thought. Think it'll take a few years, which seems a bit mad.

because it's not "aid" in the sense of "here is some money"
it is aid in the sense of trade agreements, discounted contracts etc.

It makes us money. Hence why India would quite like to stop it. And, hence why, it goes without saying, people railing against it as giving money to rich forrins are fucking idiot pricks who should learn to read something apart from the fucking Mail.
