I'm usually only proper mental on one dayand I try to warn him in advance. I think he can usually tell though, what with the crying and the curling up in a ball with painkillers and chocolate.
He's very good at fetching me cups of tea, and lets me put off the housework till the next day.

I consider it a bit of a relief.It's nice to have a rest from trying to keep up with her and thankfully she doesn't act like a spastic when she's ragging.
