Whenever the subject of Scottish independence comes up, I just can't seem to shift the imageof people spitting "English BASTards" out of my head, and the idea that it's all really based on bitter resentment for what happened 300 years ago.
It strikes me as a bit like the dullards that go on about "Two world wars and one world cup" whenever they meet a German.
