It's not too bad. Certainly been a lot worse.

I'm absolutely no authority on these matters, but I think you are doing completely the right thing.
Some things aren't worth saying when you look at the bigger picture, and I'm sure your daughter will really appreciate that when she's older.

Never discussed the reasons for my divorce with my daughters
They found out anyway. Took them a while to make up with my ex after that. Never slagged her off to them. Just tried to be a good dad. That's all you can do.
