I have also put a large piece of topside in a slow cooker with carrots, onions, a touch of swede and some parsnip - and 3/4 of a bottle of red wine. This will be awesome!

With spuds, parsnips and carrots. Massive Yorkshire pud, and brussels to go with. Sunday stuff food down time :)
