I've just given Nokia a piece of my mind.They keep saying "no refunds, no refunds! Its in the terms and conditions that we don't offer refunds"
Yet I've just extracted *13* points where they would be admitting contravening the Trading Standards Act and/or their own terms and conditions by not offering me a refund.
The quest continues...
