Hello again Osok.I have been a veritable angel today food wise and stayed within my diet requirements culminating in a dinner of a bulgar wheat, trout and spinach concoction.
Unfortunately it all went downhill after 9pm when I had a big plate of chips and a cheese sandwhich : (
