I'm a nice combination of both.
Slightly behind with owning a lot of new tech as I'm not that into it, but I know how it works and what it does. (Apart from spellcheck - AMIRITE?)

Music, I still know who all the artists are on compilation adverts. So popular culture I'm on point. Nullo prick breakbeat underground cool trendy shit, not so much.

Clothes, yeah, I'm on trend. Starting to look at items and wondering if I can still get away with it. I can though.

Alt. Chicken Madras I made last night. Always bring something home made in as the only choices round here are panini's or Iceland.
