Fucking hell I am tired. To the point of feeling jet lagged.Problem; if I go to sleep now I'll wake up at 4 & won't be able to get back to sleep.

Had my daughter for the weekend, which involved her waking at 4am yesterday, then had loads of shit to do.It's my own fault to an extent. Times like this I almost wish I still did drugs...
