I find it all quite funny, out of pure schadenfraude.OK, if your place floods, it's a shame. But if you move to the Somerset Levels, whose natural state is under water, I don't see how you can be surprised that it floods. It wants to flood. Flooding makes it happy.

I'd love to live in that area, but not being a spastic, I'll buy on a hill.I'd probably keep an inflatable dinghy in the attic, too. Again, not a spastic.
