It depends on where you go, some places that are shit sometimes have one amazing dish and visa-versa.My favorite chinese was one based in north cyprus about 6 years ago, they did the most amazing sweet'n'sour prawns, their crispy shreded beef was stunning, and their duck was unlike anywhere else.
I actually cried when they shut down.
