after toasting, I like to place a dollop of tomato ketchup on the bread, then the cheese. As the cheesebegins to melt I add a sprinkle of paprika, bit more melt then Worcester sauce as the sauce begins to evaporate I then sprinkle red wine vinegar and coarse black pepper - 20-30 seconds and done.
I sometimes just have cheese on toast.
