I've dropped micro back, stress levels are down, so will hopefully get some sleep for a change tonight, once I've eaten a steak with a jacket spudI am wearing jeans, socks, pants, footwear and a shirt.
Regarding stereotypes; I tut loudly at youths misbehaving and then do nothing about their behaviour.
