ViprosOk, so 2meg would be about 384kbit upload, meaning your max upload is 48KB/s.
Also, noted about it being the wireless dropping out. It could be a number of things. Have you tried adjusting your channel, incase something else is interfering in the area (try a lower channel like 6).
Try connecting the same PC using a cable, see if the dropouts still happen.
PC diagnostics are FUN.
