Its very usefulYou can monitor the health of all machines on the network from virtually and push through updates etc. if users keep ignoring them...
It even has a great sever app that allows you to view users activity and take control of their machine for lulz.

Hah! I did go for an interview with a 365 support company a month or so back.I'd like to do some more cloud work, it's the future.
