Rubbish. Living in London I witness antisocial behaviour all the time. I cannot point out one ethnicity over any other when it comes causing bad behaviour.
British whites steal cars, deal drugs, mug people, piss in the street, shoplift, fight etc.
So do to the eastern Asians, western Asians, Africans, central Europeans, Americans etc.
