In my dad's shop, there was a mezinine floor, about 4-5ft high, that was used as a stockroom.So he tried to hire a dwarf, because they'd be the perfect size, and he was told by the job centre that the only people who were allowed to specify that they want a dwarf is if its for art or something like that.
