It really is
What about his human rights?

Personally if we had people round for dinner, cooked a meal and one guest turned around and said "I'd like to cook my own meat please" I'd be more offended by the rejection of my hospitality than the beast murder. And we're only veggie, not Vegan.

Surely you'd welcome someone wishing to put his meat in your oven?

Depends on the provider of said meat
I have standards, dear boy

it seems to me that the overbearing judgemental and preachy people aren't the veggies and vegans.
In fact, in this case it's DBT insisting that his dietary choice he imposed, even though it's impolite and puts himself out.

It's almost as if he's choosing to be an utter prick, yet blaming it on the vegan.

What an abject tosser.

In fairness I know some seriously preachy Vegans
They can be almost as bad as religious nutters at their worst, although at least they're passionate about something real.

I don't know any veggies who are judgemental unless you directly violate their principles, like waving a bacon sandwich in their face and shouting "TASTY TASTY MURDER" etc.

I think what DBT is guilty of is being a bit of a rude guest, TBH. You wouldn't skip out on a meal that someone had lovingly prepared and go get a McDonalds would you.

DBT has the choice of going vegan for a few days, which will do him no harm at all, or be a prick and insist on eating neat while there, necessitating the camping gaz and plastic plates.
He's chosen the latter so has no place to be complaining.

Personally I'd just sneak some cheese in with me
Cheese is better than having principles
