tile grouting phase 1 is complete.

this just leaves the much shorter and easier phase 2 to go!

I'm loving the saga as well
I miss doing big scale projects like this that take stupid amounts of time if you screw up and have to re do it, but when you can see it coming together, you know it's worth it.
