Once I'm off the meds
I'm straight down the turkish gaff on the Broadway and stuffing barbecued lamb and yoghurt down my gob accompanied by their finest Ballbag Red.

It's my favourite meal at the moment and it's going to be sensational after a week of honey on toast and black tea.
