Cheesecake is like toothpaste.You think you need loads but really just a little bit coats the mouth completely, so it's always beast to eat your cheesecake with a tea-spoon, because a little mouth of cheese cake is just as good as a big mouth, except this way you get more spoonfulls and it lasts longer.
