I dunno - subcontracted or whatever?Basically I've got a venue and they're tied into Carlsberg for their ale, so if I want anything off their menu it'll cost extra, so it's worth me doing something from it instead.
But I'm starting to think that I'll take the extra hit, as they all look awful. Hobgoblin, Adnams ... ugh. Lumpy, muddy, old man's beer.
