The IT department here are managed by the head of user supportit works pretty well because his job is to keep the users happy. he does this by making IT fix everything within an agreed time period.

Not likelytheres only about 3 Cornish people it the Department. Theres more fucking scousers than anything. A few from Leeds, a couple of Taffys, mockneys etc Out of the three tinwogs only one speaks loike jethro and I'm sure shes faking it a bit.
