So yeah, about to apply for this vacancy I've seen on a company's own site and I just noticed that it was first advertised in 2012.As far as I know they're still trading. Should I be scared? Why would a position remain unfilled for TWO YEARS?

It's probably been filled, then they've either got rid of the person or promoted them, so are re-advertising it. (
