A mini newsletteJust got an e-mail from the third company I interviewed at. The're trying to contact my referees, but one of their e-mail addresses bounced, so I've had to supply more contact details and send an e-mail to someone I know in my industry asking if they'd like to give me a reference just in case I need a third referee.
If they've decided to go and contact my referees, at least it's a good sign. But I still have to compete with the other candidates.
