When you say no wider than 50cmI assume you mean the measurements of the frame rather than the glass?
Might want to be careful if you buy online: At the furniture shop I used to work in mirror measurements were taken from the glass size rather than the frame. Not sure if that's an industry norm or if there is any sort of industry norm.
I'd like to think you'd be given measurements for both frame and glass myself.
