I've been off tabs for a month.I didn't really make a conscious decision to give up. I felt the need to smoke less and less, unless I was pissed. Then when I was on-call for a week I met my mates in a pub afterwards and decided to not bother. The only time I've missed it is once when some bellend was talking to me and sloping off for a fag would've allowed me to get away.
I don't see the point in e-cigs though. Smoke properly or not at all.
