Our appraisals consist of me marking myself as "exceeds expectations" in all categoriesand my boss marking me as "meets expectations". Then we have a meeting to discuss the ratings which ends with me getting "meets expectations" in all categories.
Still, I got a 6% payrise last year so I really don't mind.
