My bosses are cool. Pretty down to earth.They let you get on with work as long as you do get on with it :)
They always throw very lavish Christmas do's as a thank you and pay very well for what we do.
They own their own company so rules and regulations are quite lax and easily tweaked.
alt. Im in charge of the dialler system so it's all hands on deck for me really. also dabble in IT whenever something goes wrong, sort data etc.
