Mine's good, leaves me be really, they trust that i'm awesome at what I do, and I generally don't disapoint (90% of the time)Never had an underling, but i'm teaching my Designer quite a bit about Web v Print - he's from a Print background, and has never worked with a Dev so doesn't really know all thats possible beyond the basics.
