No, i managed to persuade a guitarist I know and a drummer I know to sort their lives out,
And have started from scratch.
The band I auditioned for turned out to be shite. The rhythmn guitarist and singer were good, but the day the lead guitarist and drummer turned up I took my leave. It was awful

I've never been in a band made up of strangers, always seemed like a recipe for disaster to me.
What sort of stuff are you doing?

Yeah, the strangers thing was weird too.
It's all gone a bit post rock. Sort of Fugazi buy with some heavier riffs thrown in. Just got a singer in, who sounds exactly like that guy out of the Mars Volta. It's not really like anything I've done before, but it's good fun to play, and the guitarist might be a genius.
