It was free from 2011 - developers bought it off ShitbreadIt made money and, as above, I know the developers.
It'll make more as two good flats.

In the past couple of years I've witnessed two boozers come back from the brinkUnfortunately they've both turned into TV-ridden, mainly food places. But, if they stay open I suppose it's a good thing.
