A quick question about my job-offer.Do you think I should reply to my 'heads-up' informal e-mail or wait until I get a formal job offer? If I reply, they might think I'm too keen and not offer me such a high salary (I still haven't told them I got rejected by the other two companies). On the other hand, if I don't respond, they may think I'm heading to one of the the other two comanies and may withdraw the job-offer.
