I didn't go too deeply into it, but on first look it reads much like I'd expect from the more right wing elements of the Tory party.
The trouble, I suppose, in occupying a position to the right of the traditional right wing party is that you get elements within the party who don't quite have the balls to fully throw in with the facists.
