Explosive diarrhoeawould be the best response to a confrontation. In fact crying, vomiting, snotting - shooting liquid out of all your orifices while screaming in rage, spinning on the spot on the floor like an angry disgusting catherine wheel would defuse any fight. You'd have to have a heart of stone to look at someone doing that and start beating them up.
