@BKI feel for you mate. I was diagnosed with Cyclothymia* earlier this year. Was told today that they want to keep monitoring me for another couple of years in case they misdiagnosed or I develop a more serious bipolar disorder. As per my gaz the other day - If you want a chat I'm all ears**
*I assume this is what you meant as I've never heard of psychothalmia and got no hits from google. Apologies if I assume incorrectly.
**This is a lie. I only have two ears but I do have an assortment of other body parts.
