If you're going to be a foodwrong vegetablist, why do you want the taste of meat? The best thing that tastes of meat is meat. Luckily, animals are made of meat so there's no reason to murder and inhumanely process innocent fungi.

In vitro meat is still made from the stem cells of a slaughtered animal
