I'm not sure about that, I don't think it's been worked out. Probably whatever is standard for the industry.I have a pension from my last job because they made me take one with that new government record. Don't want to get into my personal finances any futher, but a pension is really not much of a concern for me.

Pretty much this, plus, a combination of "I'm not really made for old bones.".I've still got some Standard Life thing that my previous job forced me to take, that i'll continue on with.... but in general it's not an issue.
