Out of interest
Was it mostly in England this happened, or Scotland too?

I find English drivers to be worse for this kind of thing generally.

Mostly on the M6
in England. But it happened on the M74 and M80 too.

I was up near Glasgow recently
and driving along the M8 there's a junction for the A8, which is written like text speak 'A8 M8' (say it to yourself in a mockney accent), so whenever we went passed it I said to myself, 'Yes I am, thank you very much for asking'.
