I want to knowwhere they got that 47% figure from for the US. Because really, I don't think I know more than a dozen people that I have ever met in my life who believe the earth to be 10,000 years old. It may be that 47% of people believe in God or believe that God had a hand in creating life, but even that's a bit of a stretch.
Even here in Virginia they're not that nuts.
