There is good newsFollowing on from a pub conversation re the proliferation of Xmas dinners featuring Turkey crowns - and what happens to the 'other bits' of the Turkey (legs etc), I have bought 3 Turkey thighs, suitably boned* and tied.
I fully expect to roast one for my dinner on Sunday.
