I seriously doubt that I, or anyone else here, has enough of a grasp of global economics to answer that question properly.
Although I won't let that stop me having a go.
It made sense to me what the Greek finance minister was proposing about having their repayments linked to the growth of their economy, rather than forcing austerity upon them.
