Alt: Tits! Tits are, well, the tits. A nice arse goes a long way too, though.

Altalt: cook some white rice and cover the chicken in a big mould of it. Keeps the moisture of the meat inside and you get to break through the rice crust like some sort of archaeologist.

Garden-variety white rice isn't one of the most flavour-rich foodstuffs to begin with.
