we dropped lucky with ours cos an earlier buyer got most of the way through but wanted to turn part of the house into a private doctors practice and didn't get whatever permissionso by the time it went back on the market the owners had ripped literally everything out of it down to the light fittings
But the estate agent was a lazy prick and never updated the photos
