Looks to me like she was supposed to undo it and have it yanked away to show a granny dressed as a slapper underneath The dancer did as they were supposed to but she couldn't get her geriatric, arthritic, anorexic, fake british accent, whore hands to open the clasp fast enough. Oh I hope she dies of a related blood clot in three days.
