Grits are about as appetising as they sound. And their "gravy" is like awful school dinner mince.And their pancakes are too thick and their bacon is too thin.

I agree about the pancakes. But I think they are on the right track with the bacon: thin and crispy, like PANCAKES and PIZZAS.

Nah, I dunno about that. All floppy and chewy. Might as well have some gammon or ham. I think the concept of 'bacon' has to have at some crisp to it. The high temperatures change the flavours.
